All you have to do now is show the script where you want the filed displayed on the 'display listing' page, the script automatically takes care of everything else, the new field is automatically indexed for searching, and added to the 'create listing' page, and search pages. But if you are the controlling type, the script offers you the ability to override these automatic behaviors and customize things manually. |

What's new in Premium Edition? |

-- A new search system unlike anything ever seen in a classifieds script before. The system allows you to use boolean style modifiers such as +, -, * and "" (Plus sign, Minus sign, Asterisk/Star, and Quotes) to search over the entire listings for exactly what you need. In addition, you can whittle down your search by specifying categories and specific information in each area of the listing (title, description, price, location, custom fields, etc.). The search page will also offer real-time suggestions as you type in several of the fields, like the Title box for example, will suggest the top 10 listings (by hit count) that match the text you are typing, similar to the 'Google Suggest' system. When a search is submitted by a logged in user it will be 'remembered' in their account along with the results for the next 48 hours, during which time they can review the matches, re-run the search to get any new matches or they can "Save" the search. When a Search is saved by the user they can then schedule it to be automatically run at a given interval and be notified via email of any new matches.
-- Front-End Admin with "Edit In Place" capabilities is a very unique and handy new feature that simplifies maintenance on your site greatly. If you are logged in as a user who is a member of a group with "Front-End Admin" permissions a wealth of new options are opened up to you as you browse your site. You can manage your categories 'in place' by dragging them to where you want them to appear in the list, or double click on one to rename it, also add new categories and subcategories at the click of the mouse. When viewing a listing you are given the ability to simply double click on just about any area of the listing and edit it 'in place', or move it to a different category.
-- Require Approval based on group memberships accommodates those sites who want to approve every listing before it goes 'live' on the site as well as those who don't want to have to approve every item. It also allows for a combination of the 2 extremes since it is based on group memberships. On a site that wants to require approval you can set up groups for users who are 'trusted' and who's items don't have to be approved, and on sites that don't want to always require approval you can set up groups for only those users who you think need to have their new listings monitored.
